Stroopwafels are kind of a big deal.

No longer just in the Netherlands, or amongst nostalgic expats, but here in the US as well.  Stroopwafel cookies are making their debut in food markets and cafes around the country. But as any Dutchie will tell you, stroopwafels are meant to be eaten fresh and warm.

And that's where we come in! Our goal is simple: make them fresh & sell them fresh. Our equipment, our spices, and even our baker are all imported from Holland but our cookies are made with love in Brooklyn.
